Bathroom resealing services
Each service below is a distinct joint or decision: showers, trays, baths, panels, basins, toilet feet, wet-room junctions, mouldy silicone, colour, leak checks, and one-bathroom flats. Open the page that matches the failed edge, or send photos of the whole room on the quote form.
Shower Resealing
Cut out a failed shower bead and tool a new sanitary silicone joint on the tray, screen, and enclosure.
Bath Resealing
Renew the silicone where the bath rim meets the wall, including corners that have split or stained.
Sink & Basin Resealing
Reseal the joint behind a basin or vanity where water runs down the wall or into the cupboard.
Toilet Base Resealing
Replace the seal around the pan foot so floor water and a failed bead are not left as a smell.
Wet Room Sealing
Reseal visible wet-room junctions and gully edges. This is not a new tanking system under the floor.
Anti-Mould Silicone Application
Cut out mouldy silicone and replace it with sanitary silicone. A wipe is not this job.
Removal of Old Sealant
Cut out failed silicone and the residue under it so a new bead has a clean surface.
Colour-Matched Resealing Finishes
Choose white, clear, or a sanitaryware colour so the new bead suits the suite.
Shower Tray Resealing
Reseal the upstand and tray edge, and say when the leak is the waste instead of the bead.
Bath Panel Sealing
Seal the panel, plinth, and overflow side when water is getting into the bath void.
Bathroom Leak Check
Find whether the leak is the bead, the waste, the tray, or something silicone will not fix.
En-suite and Flat Resealing
Reseal the only bathroom in a flat or en-suite, with the 24 hour cure planned around that.
