Terms of use
These terms cover the website, quote requests, and reviews. A booked visit is confirmed in the reply to your quote, not by browsing a page.
Quotes
Prices on this site are not listed because each reseal is quoted. A figure in a reply is for the joints described. It can change if the bathroom does not match the photos, for example when several old layers of silicone are hidden, or the leak is a waste rather than a bead.
Cure time
Sanitary silicone needs 24 hours before water. Using the shower, bath, or basin joint sooner is outside the satisfaction note on the finished bead.
What we do not take
Tanking, new sanitaryware, wastes, soil pipes, and decorator’s caulk in wet joints are outside the service. If a leak check shows the bead is not the fault, we will say so.
Reviews
Do not post someone else’s name or a review of a visit that did not happen. We may remove a review that is abusive or that publishes a private address.
